The hotel is a great family choice that caters to all your needs. The rooms were amazingly clean and well-appointed, perfect for a family stay. The location is fantastic for visiting Pleasure Beach, but there is no lift on the property. The service was top-notch, especially when it came to the full English breakfast. Dining options were delicious, and the homemade pies and jams were a highlight. Overall, a wonderful stay with friendly staff and excellent amenities.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were warm and cozy, although a bit smaller than expected. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to assist, even late at night for my 10-year-old. The location was great, being close to the Pleasure Beach and offering a nice stroll along the promenade. The dining experience was delightful, with tasty options at a good price. Unfortunately, the lack of a lift was a downside, but the friendly staff made up for it.

The location was very convenient with easy access to tram and bus stops, near the beach, and a short walk to South Pier. The only downside was the absence of a lift, but the exceptional service and wonderful staff made up for it.
